CRG Booster Club Meeting Minutes
April 11, 2011
President’s Report:
Lorilei Goes has accepted the Vice President position for the remainder of this year.
Board Nominations for next season (June 2011-May 2012) need to be submitted by the next CRG Booster Meeting Saturday, May 21st. Time for the meeting is yet to be determined. Please contact Kiora Cartwright at Kiora.Cartwright@gmail.com if you are interested in a board position.
Treasurer’s Report:
The money that was made from the sale of the DU Regionals Meet ($145) will be donated to “Fill the Pit” . Remember to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win amazing prizes. The goal is to sell 3000 tickets for the 3000 cubes needed to fill the pit.
End of Season Banquet:
The annual End of Season Banquet will be held at Kirk Hall (Douglas Fairgrounds) on Saturday, May 7th. Festivities will begin at 5:00pm with dinner available at 5:30pm. Please RSVP with payment by April 23, 2011. Bring the RSVPs and check (Payable to CRG Booster Club) to the gym office.
Volunteers will be needed to help set up and clean up after the event. If you can help, please come to Kirk Hall at 2:00pm for set up and decorating. We will clean up and tear down following the banquet.
Butterbraids Fundraiser:
Butterbraids will be available for pick up on Saturday, April 16th at 1:00pm. Please be sure to come by and pick up your orders by 2:00pm.
USAGAIN:
Please donate clothes and shoes at the gym office. The gym will receive money based on the number of pounds donated. Thanks for your help!
Customer Appreciation Event:
The annual Customer Appreciation Event will be held on July 16, 2011. Save this date for a fun time with CRG families!!! More details to follow.
Other fundraising events:
We will continue to have Chick-fil-a fundraiser days, as well as Italian Ice for sale at the gym. Dates will be provided so everyone can pariticipate. Also, we will continue to do the Bronco Game Concessions this season; however, we will share this with 2 other groups so we will have to have 5 volunteers for each game. This is a great way to put dollars into your gymnast’s account to help with fees for the season. We are researching other fundraising events and will provide information when it is available.

If you/your company are interested in helping the gym by being a corporate sponsor, please contact Kiora.Cartwright@gmail.com. Different levels of sponsorship are available to fit your needs.
