To all Castle Rock School of Gymnastics Parents of Competition-Level Gymnasts:
The CRG Booster Club wants to congratulate your gymnasts for achieving competition-level skills required by the Castle Rock School of Gymnastics. It is with great pleasure to have you as part of this exciting group of parents who support and encourage all gymnasts from our school.
Having a team gymnast at Castle Rock School of Gymnastics means your family is automatically included in the CRG Booster Club. Since the fees associated with gymnastic competitions are in addition to the tuition paid to the school, the Booster Club was established to conduct fundraising activities to offset as much of the burden of these fees as possible.
To begin your participation, please complete the application (available at the front desk or download from the link above) and provide a check of $40.00 (payable to “CRG Booster Club”). This check is a one-time, lifetime membership fee and is collected from the parent(s) of all gymnasts that are part of a competitive team. Please drop off your application and check at the front office by July 30, 2011.
You will be informed of fundraising activities throughout the year. Your participation is greatly appreciated and goes a long way in offsetting fees. For example, in 2011, the CRG Booster Club paid for all levels of Coach’s Fees for all competitive meets which amounted to $4600.00. Without the efforts of parents in the Booster Club, this fee would have been paid out by all of us. In fact, the CRG Booster Club’s goal for 2012 is to pay for all the coach’s fees again, as well as pay for one meet fee for each competitive gymnast.
This goal cannot be achieved without your support and participation.
Thank you very much for helping all of our gymnasts achieve their goals and compete in all of the meets available. We look forward to your participation with the Booster Club and all the activities that help generate these funds needed to allow the gymnasts to grow in this amazing sport.
